Why did the homeowner buy the house?
When we first viewed the property, it had a really good feel about it straight away and we could imagine ourselves living here happily. We loved the high ceilings which made the rooms feel really spacious - and we could see that there was so much potential to open the downstairs rooms out further to create light and open living spaces. The thing that stood out most was the garden, with its colourful rose bushes and mature (and very productive!) apple tree. It has a really secluded feel to it and is a lovely sunny spot to relax in during the summer. We're going to miss living here but we're really pleased to know that others will make this a home they love and make many happy memories in too.
