Finding a tenant
First we carry out a no-obligation valuation. We explain the processes involved in
renting out your property and we offer advice, based on the local rental market, that
will help you let your property with minimal fuss.
Then we take professional photos to help your property stand out. We market your property
online—on our own website as well as the biggest and best property listings websites—and
we reach out to our extensive network of potential tenants. Everything we do is designed
to give your property maximum exposure and achieve the best possible rental price.
Where is the rental statement, inventory checklist or contract when you need it? Not
where you’d like it to be. We understand that less paperwork means less stress, which is
why we created the Landlord Portal: a safe home for all the documents related to your
rental property. No more searching through drawers to find that tenancy agreement.

Our Let Only service is simple but effective. We market your property, show applicants
around on your behalf, find you a suitable tenant, carry out thorough reference checks
(which are signed off by our Lettings Director), and organise the tenancy agreement.
Then you’re free to look after the day-to-day management of the property yourself.
10% Incl. VAT
In addition to finding a tenant, we collect the rent via standing order every month, so
it’s automatically debited from the tenant’s account.
